KPD Foča (Kazneno-popravni dom) bio je srpski zatočenički logor za bošnjačke muškarce u periodu 1992–1994. U ljeto 1992. u njemu je bilo zatočeno između 500 i 600 ljudi, a između juna i decembra 1992. srpske snage su ondje ubile više od 200 zatočenika.

Mustafa Kuloglija, known as Kula, born in 1945 in Foča, has been listed as missing in Foča since June 1992. According to the testimony of one detainee, three guards took him away at midnight from an overcrowded room in KPD Foča, and before leaving he asked the other detainees for forgiveness with the word "Halalosum." He was never seen alive again.
