Edin Salaharević: the greatest hope of Yugoslav junior basketball, killed in the Sušica camp
Edin Salaharević, a player for Sloboda Dita of Tuzla and a member of the Yugoslav junior national team, came to his family in Vlasenica for Bajram in 1992, a few days before Serb forces took the town. Together with his father Muhamed he was taken to the Sušica camp, from which neither of them returned. His brother Nedim searched for years for his remains, which were scattered across several mass graves.
