Prema riječima Derviše Hodžić, srpske snage su 10. maja 1992. zapalile kuću porodice Hodžić u Suhi. U Suhi su ubijeni članovi porodice Hodžić, među njima devetogodišnji Salmir i jedanaestogodišnji Elvis. Salmirovi posmrtni ostaci su pronađeni, Elvisovi nisu.

On 10 May 1992, Serb forces attacked the Bosniak villages of Suha and Mihaljevići near Bratunac, one day after houses in Cerovac and Polje were set on fire. In Suha, members of the Hodžić family were killed, among them nine-year-old Salmir and eleven-year-old Elvis. Salmir's remains have been found, while his family is still searching for Elvis's today.
