Camp
Between May and August 1992, about thirty-six women were detained in the Omarska camp, many of them well-known figures in the local public life of Prijedor. They were separated from the men's part of the camp; the ICTY established that some of them were harassed or raped. Five women did not survive: four were found in a mass grave, and one is still listed as missing.
