U julu 1992. – prema Radiju Slobodna Evropa 23. jula – naoružani pripadnici srpskih snaga odveli su iz porodične kuće u okolini Prijedora muža i šest sinova Have Tatarević. Svi su ubijeni u jednom danu; preživio je samo sin Suad, koji nije bio kod kuće. Imena počinilaca nisu utvrđena.

Hava Tatarević from the Prijedor area had seven sons. In July 1992, members of Serb forces took her husband and six sons from the family home, and she found their remains only some twenty years later in the Tomašica mass grave. Only her son Suad survived, as he was not at home that day.
