Dana 10. jula 1992. srpske snage ubile su u Biljanima kod Ključa 258 bošnjačkih civila; prema RSE napad je vodila 17. laka pješadijska brigada VRS s aktivnom i rezervnom policijom. Muškarci su odvojeni od žena i djece, zatočeni u školi i ubijani u grupama, a Sud BiH utvrdio je najmanje 144 ubijena muškarca. Najmlađa žrtva bila je beba Amila Džaferagić.

On 10 July 1992, Serb forces killed 258 Bosniak residents in Biljani near Ključ. The youngest among them was a baby girl, Amila Džaferagić, only a few months old, who according to Radio Free Europe was found in the embrace of her murdered mother. To date, only one person has been finally convicted for the massacre, and that was for unlawful deprivation of liberty, not for the killings.
