Predmet pred ICTY protiv Dragoljuba Kunarca, Radomira Kovača i Zorana Vukovića odnosio se na zločine u Foči 1992. Dana 22. februara 2001. Kunarac je osuđen na 28, Kovač na 20, a Vuković na 12 godina zatvora za zločine protiv čovječnosti i kršenje zakona i običaja ratovanja.

In the summer of 1992, a fifteen-year-old Bosniak girl from a village in the municipality of Foča was captured with her family and detained, among other places in the Partizan sports hall, where she was subjected to sexual violence. As protected Witness 50, she testified before the Hague Tribunal in 2000. The Tribunal convicted Zoran Vuković with final effect, among other things for her rape, and Dragoljub Kunarac for aiding and abetting torture and rape.
