Postupak pred Sudom BiH protiv Radmila Vukovića, optuženog za silovanje jedne Bošnjakinje u Foči u ljeto 1992. kao ratni zločin protiv civilnog stanovništva. Nakon prvostepene osuđujuće presude iz aprila 2007. (pet godina i šest mjeseci zatvora) i ukidanja te presude u augustu 2007., Apelaciono vijeće ga je 13. augusta 2008. pravosnažno oslobodilo. DNA analiza tokom istrage potvrdila je njegovo očinstvo djeteta oštećene.

Biography · 1992 – 1993
Alen Muhić was born in February 1993 as a child of wartime rape; his mother abandoned him immediately after the birth, and he was raised by Muharem and Advija Muhić of Goražde. Radmilo Vuković, whom DNA analysis established as the child's father, was indicted before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and convicted at first instance, but in 2008 the Appellate Panel acquitted him with final effect. Alen now speaks publicly about his fate and helps other children born of wartime rape.
